I am a hands-on, collaborative HR practitioner with extensive experience in both specialist and generalist roles. I have over 14 years’ experience in Human Resources with a proven track record of progression. This experience has been gained in both retail/warehousing, professional services matrixed-reporting environment, at an asset management firm for a large UK pension provider and Macquarie Bank supporting both the Financial Management Group and Legal & Governance. I completed a Graduate Certificate in Coaching Psychology to explore my passion for emerging coaching theory and its real world application, including the applied positive psychology practice.I pride myself in my professional integrity and credibility with stakeholders, passion and drive to deliver and having courage to challenge skilfully in unfamiliar situations.
