Project Management and Leadership I lead the technical and programmatic execution of education and skills training programs across 10 countries (Uganda, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Senegal, Liberia, and Ghana). My key responsibilities include:Overseeing program implementation, ensuring quality assurance, and managing risks.Monitoring deliverables, timelines, budgets, and periodic reporting, ensuring compliance with partner expectations.Collaborating with knowledge management and communication teams for effective monitoring and enhanced program visibility.Ensuring alignment with FAWE procedures, partner expectations, and country government requirements.Capacity Building and Learning Development Identify and address capacity-building needs, supporting organizational development across FAWE’s national chapters.Promote integration of social inclusion (PWD, refugees) and digital skills in the learning agenda.Strengthen partnerships and foster collaboration with educational actors to advance FAWE’s mission.Partnership and Advocacy Support advocacy efforts for increased civic space for African girls and young women, emphasizing social inclusion and education rights.Build and strengthen alliances with key stakeholders to amplify and sustain voice and agency in the education sector.Resource Mobilization Provide technical expertise in developing and negotiating funding proposals to scale up and replicate FAWE’s programs.Institutional Support and Staff SupervisionSupervise program officers, ensuring smooth operational flow, and support institutional tasks and chapter lead roles.
