Several aspects of program functions including, but not limited to:Organizing of Team Travel: --Air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, allocating per dium dollars, schedule of events/travel itineraries, etc.Team Budgeting: --Purchasing of equipment, monthly expenditure reconciliation process, procurement purchases, budget summaries Liaison to Administration: --Departments including Compliance, Athletic Business Office, Athletic Training, Mental Health and Wellness, Equipment Manager, Academic Centers, Ticketing, Communications, etc.Hosting Home Track and Field Meet Operations: --USTAF Officials and needs, meet entries and fees, communication with universities competing (meet information), layout of meet (controlling traffic of events/spectators/food vendors/timing system/ weigh-in, etc.)Support in Student Athlete Experience and Wellness

- Event Coordination (athletic events, campus groups, & 3rd party events (USA Volleyball, IBJJF (Jiu Jitsu World Championships)- Calendar Management & Reporting (EMS)- Hospitality Room Management- Payroll & Timecard Management- Staff Management & Training- Event Set-Up, Tear-Downs, & Conversions- Inventory Management- Administrative support to Pyramid management, teams, & athletic administration- Staff Scheduling Administrator - Apparel management & maintenance

Understand how exercise programs are carried out with the older adult population by participating in and creating my own ‘mock’ classes consisting of personal training, fitness consultations, and wellness workshops

-Familiar with exercise equipment/ planning exercise programs, upkeep of the facility-Customer service, scheduling appointments, greeting/assisting clients-Familiarity with insurance companies, medical billing, filing patients records-Creating Instagram reels/posts for client outreach, marketing

-Working with SoFi Stadium and Rams internal staff to provide the best experience for our valued fans!-Maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for guests (directing fans to key areas, ticketing and seat assistance, etc.)

-Conducted/directed strength workouts for 150 campers-Marketed our program to schools/companies within the city-Made executive decisions on planning activities, coordinating with guest speakers, etc

-Marketing the running program (named Instride) by distributing flyers, promoting through social media, and interacting with parents/companies/school districts.-Customer service-answering questions, providing information
