Senior Director, Research & Prospect Management

• Lead the Research & Prospect Management team who are responsible for the analysis of data for fundraising and the research data about donors and prospective donors of the System• Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of, but not limited to, pipeline activity and movement to drive strategic planning across Institutional Advancement• Oversee the annual strategic fundraising plan for the Texas Tech University System and its components• Support the management and tracking of prospects, proposals and donors by regularly meeting with the development directors and reviewing their prospect strategies• Provide strategy recommendations regarding the assignment, alignment with fundraising initiatives, and moves management of assigned prospects• Participate in trainings and professional organizations in order to stay current on trends and technology related to prospect management and research• Provide training and documentation to ensure Institutional Advancement has a clear understanding of prospect management and research policies, procedures and tools• Supervise the fundraising efforts, including the proposal and reporting cycles, for local Foundations. Be a liaison between these Foundations and the University System• Participate in special projects, other related duties and Institutional Advancement activities as assigned• Live and promote the values of the Texas Tech University System: People First, Integrity, Community, Respect and Exemplary Service
