Jaw Crusher/Roll Crusher Plant: I run the crusher to make 3/4 and 1 1/4 crushed granite. I make clean crush and a 50/50 mix. I am responsible for basic maintenance on both sections of the plan. I also have to use problem solving consistently to keep the plant running as efficiently and clean as possible. Every 3-4 months I spend 35-45 hours hard-face the rolls for efficiency purposes. I keep the plant and surrounding area to MSHA safety standards. Wash Plant: I am responsible for clean up and some maintenance for the wash plant. During “wash” days, I drive our 10 yard dump truck dedicated to the pit to be loaded from the bank and bring it to the wash plant.
