Along with providing direct therapy to clients daily, I also build relationships with the families of the client to ensure that interventions are carried out in the home as well as other outside environments through parent assessment and training. • Ensure that interventions are carried out properly and effectively grounded on individuals’ evaluation• Work together with a team by mediating and resolving conflicts• Record, revise, analyze, and review client data daily within a database• Empathetically discuss clients’ treatment interventions with permissible guardians• Train and assess parents to ensure transfer of treatment• Manage trial and reinforcement times Show less
