Hi, I’m happy you’re here! I’m Emily, an educator with a passion for data analysis and innovative solutions. My experience as a teacher provides me with a multitude of skills that are transferable to the field of Project Management, which I am aspiring to work in.Some of the skills I have developed as an educator include:-DATA COLLECTION, ENTRY, & ANALYSIS• Conducting ongoing assessments to track progress and adjust strategies accordingly to meet performance objectives.• Entering weekly quantitative and anecdotal data into our district information systems to show growth and impact of interventions over time and reference at team meetings. -COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION• Maintaining open and effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders and team members to present progress updates, as informed by data. • Providing detailed and accurate records of communication in district information systems. • Coordinating and facilitating virtual and in-person meetings with diverse stakeholders to identify barriers and develop a plan for growth. • Collaborating with team members to share best practices and improve overall efficiency and growth within the school community.• Developing weekly newsletters and posting weekly updates to social media. -TASK & TIME MANAGEMENT• Successfully adapting to changes in legislation, information systems, and tasking to meet project demands. • Demonstrating organizational skills by managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.• Managing finances for project resources, allocating funds where they are needed most, and leveraging innovative solutions to acquire the remaining materials. • Generating a timeline for specific task completion to adhere to strict deadlines. -DEVELOPMENT• Utilizing in-depth knowledge of grade-level content and state standards to design developmentally appropriate and engaging lessons that align with specified learning goals.• Fostering a collaborative environment, encouraging students to develop problem-solving skills and meaningful relationships with peers.• Actively engaging in professional development to stay updated with the latest research-based practices and teaching methodologies.• Perpetually learning, dedicated to acquiring new skills and embracing emerging technologies to elevate team performance and deliver exceptional value.Outside of work hours, I enjoy trying my hand at various hobbies and am constantly trying new recipes and art mediums.
