As a Project Lead the Way (PLTW) Teacher at Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), I have been teaching Civil Engineering and Architecture, Principles of Engineering, and Digital Electronics to high school students. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Project Management from the University of Maryland College Park. I earned my Professional Teaching License through Montgomery College's Alternatie Certification for Effective Teachers Program after receiving a grant from the National Science Foundation. I also have my EIT certification and am OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certified.My mission is to inspire the next generation of engineers through engaging and challenging projects that foster students' curiosity and problem-solving skills. I use my engineering background and experience to bring real-world examples and applications to the classroom. I also strive to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that values diversity and collaboration. I am passionate about empowering students to pursue their interests and goals in STEM fields.
