Reasonability as a liaison is to insure service excellence between all operating departments and Meeting Professionals to ensure a high standard of organization and elevated guest service throughout all convention and banquet meeting areas.  Monitor client’s functions, maintain consistent communication regarding changes in events to relevant operating departments and to the Convention and Catering Managers. Review and revise all relevant written communications; including group resumes, daily events and banquet event orders. Attend BEO meetings, pre-conventions, site visits and other key meetings on behalf of the department to meet with clients and suppliers.
