I designed and formatted two annual product catalogs, which included maintaining and updating private label logos and product images. I created and edited documents for 6 branch locations, from interoffice fliers to advertisements for vendor seminars. I managed the company’s WordPress and Mailchimp accounts, maintaining marketing websites and creating email blasts for customers.

I created marketing materials and templates for clients to use in fundraising events. I also built fundraising websites and served as customer support for any questions that arose in their use, including questions about financial reporting systems. I also maintained detailed records of each client and their production and fundraising processes.
