As a student accounts analyst at UCLA Student Affairs, I manage the billing, collection, and reconciliation of student accounts for various programs and services. I also provide excellent customer service and support to students, staff, and external partners. With a major in Political Science and Government, and a focus on International Relations and Affairs, I have developed a strong interest and understanding of global issues and policies. I have also gained valuable experience in consumer services, customer service management, sales and marketing, through my previous roles as a course reader solutions associate at Associated Students UCLA, and a sales representative at Daniel's Jewelers. I am passionate about helping students achieve their academic and personal goals, and contributing to the mission and vision of UCLA. I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with diverse teams, and take on new challenges.
