OliverMcMillan was acquired by Brookfield in February 2018.

Assumed the responsibility for training and running the orientation program for all student workers. Supervised 10-20 student workers per shift; including the management of seven different food stations. Kept track of all 100 student workers attendance hours and scheduling. Interviewed potential student workers and new candidates for the student manager position as well as keeping open lines of communication open between the student dining workers, full-time staff, student managers and full time managers.

My responsibilities included customer service by dealing directly with the customers, food service as well as management of supplies when working at the various stations, food preparation and food maintenance.

Introduced to overview of the pharmaceutical industry and the specific role of quality assurance. Completed projects revolving around the internal auditing of drug development.

Worked heavily with customer service by interacting with fair goers by answering any questions they had.
