Having worked at Influential Drones since July 2019 as a contractor through my drone business, I was recently asked to join as a Partner. Influential Drones has acquired the Buzz My Property brand and assets as a result. I own a small company which flies drones for private and commercial purposes in the New Jersey and Philadelphia areas. I also work closely with Influential Drones LLC, a much larger drone integration company offering training, sales and service jobs Nationwide.

Intra-company transfer from the United Kingdom to manage a full spectrum of HR operations, systems and programs. Part of the management team reporting directly to the center manager with two reports. Also remotely manage two remote locations, responsible for a total of 160+ employees. Create HR policies and procedures; recruit employees; and develop orientation, training and incentive programs. Manage leave-of-absence programs and personnel records; administer benefits enrollment; HR budget; and handle HR generalist workplace issues. Disciplinary procedures; compensation & benefits, retention and attrition efforts; gender diversity; employment law & EEOC/AAP; Full responsibility for onsite events management.

Fulfilled a broad range of HR functions, including recruiting and training employees, administering benefits, overseeing disciplinary action and managing HR records.Key Results:•Acting Personnel Manager for 6 months. Trained the new Personnel Manager when he transferred-in.•Organized events, conferences and trips for Personnel Function, visitors, interviewees and intern students.•Co-developed location’s first-ever employee engagement survey.•Provided monthly and quarterly reports to Support functions on current headcount and site composition.•Processed invoices, cash advances and payroll anomalies with the finance department to correct errors made.•Liaised with the employee services department on matters such as: payroll, new starters, leavers, gym memberships, patent awards, housing etc.

Researched the market for business development, building up my own profitable client database. Account managed one of the agency’s two largest clients. Prepped candidates on interview techniques and managed the interview process. Attracted candidates using a variety of marketing tools including the Internet, direct sales techniques and the Press. Skills-tested candidates and assessed their suitability to roles . Promoted Reed’s range of services to clients and candidates, largely on the phone but also through visits, presentations and networking events. Worked to KPIs, bonuses and incentives in a competitive target-driven sales environment.
