As a junior guard instructor, I created physical training programs and ocean activities for 30-40 Junior Guard athletes in a diverse ocean environment. I also transported, set up, and cleaned equipment daily, ran competition events for state-wide tournaments, and tended to all medical and rescue emergencies.
