Managed three projects over three months:1. Leading planning and execution for creating a new service delivery model for the Year Up program on an accelerated timeline than previous delivery models; created programming schedule, developed job descriptions for new positions, collaborated on hiring decisions, and created new expectations for students based on the shorter timeline of the program.2. Collaborated with Year Up's national Business Intelligence team on an Agile project in partnership with IBM to create a new interface and process to match students with an internship at one of our corporate partners. Participated in beta development and was a key stakeholder as an end-user. Provided recommendations to the team at IBM based on the end-user experience, having facilitated matching meetings for the local site for 2 years. The project is now a finalist for a Webby Anthem Award for Best Product/Service/Innovation (see link below).3. Created the programming calendar for seven cohorts of students for the next six months of the program; involved collaborating with seven internal teams to gather information on all upcoming events and working around student and staff schedules to create the optimal calendar for all stakeholders.

Greater New York City Area

Collaborated with program delivery teams, specifically in the areas of Program Management, Internship Services and alumni, as it relates to data management, process improvement and direct services. Created and presented a biannual report to the New York office on student performance and satisfaction data to 1. keep staff up-to-date on how students were progressing through the program and any problem areas and 2. suggest data-based solutions for implementing new program measures for increased effectiveness or efficiency of program delivery, with the aim to support both staff and student development.

I was a fellow at the William & Mary D.C. Summer Institute for Leadership and Community Engagement. I spent two weeks hearing different speakers across the D.C. area, and then completed a ten-week internship in the city at SimpsonScarborough.
