I oversee a global team to help support a diverse sales team. I am also responsible for managing and expanding an online catalog of training material, expanding live sessions, and further develop our onboarding paths. Sales process optimization, documentation, and training fall under the scope of my responsibilities as well.In support of our global sales team, I helped coordinate the rollout and adoption of various sales tools (Groove, Clari, DealHub) and new coaching methodology.

In my time as a Sales Trainer, I was responsible for designing courses in Articulate 360 and Litmos (LMS), creating a library of how-to and process documentation for all sales teams, hosting virtual and in-person training sessions for a global sales team, and launching tools like DealHub to help expedite the sales cycle.

As Education Systems Lead, my primary task was to establish systems to create and maintain our learning content: videos, written guides, E-Learning courses. I also was responsible for finding ways to streamline requests for product training internally and externally, and continued to host live training sessions for our customers.

As a Trainer at Dealer Inspire, I was heavily focused on ensuring our customers learned how to fully utilize our products. This included hosting instructor-led virtual sessions, creating new product guides, and updating our videos to ensure they were up-to-date with the input from our Product team.

In this role, I was responsible for maintaining and auditing our client training records in Salesforce. However, I also found ways to make our live training sessions more engaging through the use of online tools like Mentimeter and Kahoot. I also worked to improve our internal documentation and external ILT presentations.

In my time as a High School German Teacher, I was responsible for developing and implementing curriculum across three levels of German. I was the teacher who always looked to innovate in the classroom, being an early adopter of Canvas (our LMS), creating hands-on projects to engage my students, and making my class as interactive as possible.

I worked as a student teacher at Valparaiso High School. I had six classes ranging from German 1 to German 4. My duties included, but were not limited to: curriculum design, lesson planning, cooperating with co-workers, co-teaching, adapting lessons and curriculum to needs of students, and facilitating student learning.

I studied at Valparaiso University. I am a double major in German and Secondary Education with a minor in English. I was very active in campus organizations, and worked with local elementary schools and high school students as a tutor.

The Bridges To World Languages Program was an after school program for students to learn German, as well as other world languages.
