In my time as a Sales Trainer, I was responsible for designing courses in Articulate 360 and Litmos (LMS), creating a library of how-to and process documentation for all sales teams, hosting virtual and in-person training sessions for a global sales team, and launching tools like DealHub to help expedite the sales cycle.

As Education Systems Lead, my primary task was to establish systems to create and maintain our learning content: videos, written guides, E-Learning courses. I also was responsible for finding ways to streamline requests for product training internally and externally, and continued to host live training sessions for our customers.

As a Trainer at Dealer Inspire, I was heavily focused on ensuring our customers learned how to fully utilize our products. This included hosting instructor-led virtual sessions, creating new product guides, and updating our videos to ensure they were up-to-date with the input from our Product team.

However, I also found ways to make our live training sessions more engaging through the use of online tools like Mentimeter and Kahoot.
