 Data Gathering through telephone surveys to support analytics that provide insights for clients. Recruiting participants for focus groups. Focus groups are often financial ie- landscape of retirement income planning, and approach to purchase of financial products. PMG is known for their work in the financial market research field. Building database content using Google searches and compiling phone numbers into Excel in order to reach out to businesses for the completion of market research. Building and completing surveys on proprietary survey software. Proficiency in data gathering using Office 365 (Excel and Word). Completing administrative tasks that measure performance using Excel and the mathematical functions of Excel ie – Sum and Average. Adhering to project guidelines ie – 2 surveys per hour (project guidelines change according to the difficulty of the project).

 Product demonstration in local grocery stores, testing and profiling with goal of selling the highlighted product. Reading and learning all of the information provided about the product provided by the product manufacturer in order to field any questions from customers and in order to be equipped to sell the product. Independent set up and cleanup of sample/demonstration area. Interaction with customers and encouragement of the customer to purchase the highlighted product, according to information given by the product manufacturer and relayed to the customer about the product.  Reporting using a web based platform of how many samples of the product were given out and how many units of the product were sold during the course of the demonstration.
