Emily is an experienced Commercial Real Estate broker, specializing in Self-Storage Investment Sales. Emily has been involved with over $30MM worth of commercial transactions. Emily focuses on Self-Storage assets in South Florida, Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Before venturing into Commercial Real Estate, Emily spent ten years as an executive in the corporate retail industry. In her most recent position, with Saks Fifth Avenue, Emily was responsible for the national merchandise strategy, planning, and inventory management of women’s ready-to-wear and accessories.As a seasoned entrepreneur, Emily has founded and grown numerous successful companies. Her passion for building meaningful relationships and creating communities is reflected in everything she does.Emily was born and raised in the northern suburbs of Chicago, but for the past 11 years, she has called New York City home. She now resides in Miami, Florida. In her leisure time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, tennis, and golf.
