Primary project responsibilities included the oversight of themobility program integration of acquired-company Rockwell Collins; successful separation and launch of mobility programs for Carrier and Otis (two business units that were divested from then-UTC); management of the Workday international assignee process during and after Workday’s global, enterprise-wide launch; management of assignee transitions in to RTX’s global employment organization; and the leader for policy and process harmonization stemming from the merger of United Technologies and Raytheon. Daily responsibilities included management of key vendor relationships (relocation and data services vendors) as part of my role in the Global Mobility COE; supported heritage-UTC’s mobility populations, assignment structure compliance, and policy escalation and exception reviews for long-term, short-term, tax equalization, and international transfer policies. Lead change management communications across functions and to the businesses.

Recruited to Deloitte Tax LLP from the Santiago, Chile office. Provided compliance and consulting services to multinational companies with employees on international work assignments, focusing on immigration, tax, and social security issues. Responsible for the independent management of domestic and international teams, business development, and maintenance of client relationships.Loan Staff position with Honeywell (October 2010 - October 2013): Selected to share my time and work in an employment sharing arrangement as a subject matter expert. Worked primarily on complex international issues involving employees sent abroad on non-standard mobility assignments, with an emphasis on employer cost savings.

Worked in the Global Employer Services area of the Tax and Legal department of Deloitte Chile. Maintained a base of clients (multinational companies); researched and advised on tax and immigration issues; maintained communication with other Deloitte offices in Asia, Europe and North America; and was selected to create a marketing campaign to further promote Deloitte services throughout the local market.

Worked for a large and reputable language institute, receiving a series of promotions from entry-level English teacher to become head of the test unit, reporting directly to academic director and general manager. Responsible for all preparation courses, sales, and marketing plans; coordinated professors’ schedules; provided teacher training; and organized classroom space.
