I am a current doctoral candidate at Purdue University studying health and kinesiology, with a focus on the psychology of physical activity. My research interests involve determinants of physical activity adoption and adherence in varying populations, as well as development of effective health behavior change interventions. Currently, I am working on completing my dissertation, which is looking at symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis that pose barriers to physical activity as well as facilitators to this behavior from a dual process standpoint.
