With over four years of experience in managing and developing data and insight projects across, I am passionate about improving the quality and impact of organisations. I currently lead on the implementation of our data and insight strategy, which I developed through strong cross-functional leadership and collaborative working.My core competencies include analytical and strategic thinking, data analysis and visualisation, strategy and policy development, and auditing. I have successfully delivered multiple data and insight initiatives that have informed and influenced our processes, our business plan objectives and our strategic direction. I also have a strong background in research and statistics, with an MSc in Psychology of Education from the University of Bristol.
