-Perform Labor Cost Transfers accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. -Handle grant payroll, including processing payroll for grant-funded projects, allocating labor costs appropriately, and ensuring compliance with grant regulations. -Manage prepaid expenses, including recording prepaid assets, amortization schedules, and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting. -Enter journal entries into the system for various transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. -Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of cash balances, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.-Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support for grant proposals, budgeting, and reporting.-Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. -Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices, implementing changes as necessary to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Responsible for Grant and Contract claims to various funding sources. Communicate and follow-up regarding disallowances on claims. Maintain salaries, and FTE analysis for program reporting. Assist with the annual financial budget processes. Support the director of Finance in the preparation and analysis of program budgets.Monitor program performance by comparing and analyzing actual results against budgets.Assist in accumulating and analyzing cost and revenue information. Perform and hoc analysis of data using Family Service League’s financial system.Keep the Supervisor, Controller, and CFO informed regarding any problems or issues.Complete daily deposits electronically to the bank.

Administer all account transactions, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure excellent customer service.Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers and assist to generate sales opportunities for financial products of the company.Provide training for new tellers while they shadow me and answer any questions they may have. Manage account records and submit all proper channel reports on transaction business for all accounts.
