•Served as the Commanding Officer’s direct representative to 5 separate training commands, and supervised approximately 1,000 Sailors.•Implemented processes that ensured accurate and precise application of valuable resources that significantly contributed to organizational efficiency.•Routinely managed a mixed military and civilian staff at a remote site for extended periods while coordinating efforts and resources with adjacent organizations

•Received Navy and Marine Corp Achievement Medal, May 2010 for actions during response to Haiti earthquake. •Completed a partnership around South America deployment and a deployment to the Middle East in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. •Coordinated training and readiness in preparation for three destroyers and two frigates to deploy, training 300 Sailors per ship. •Stood as anti-submarine warfare, and surface warfare commander for Carrier Strike Group One in 7th and 5th Fleet Areas of Responsibility.

•Organized and ran Electrical Safety Program and Quality Assurance Program onboard and certified both programs to a deployable status.•Supervised electricians in support of four diesel generators (448 kW, 600 hp ), two gas turbine engines LM 2500 (40,200 shaft horsepower), and four electrical switchboards that supplied all electrical power . •Deployed to Central and South America in support of Counter Narcotics Operations. Qualified as a Surface Warfare Officer and Engineering Officer of the Watch.•Wrote speeches for Ship captain’ presentation in Rockport, Massachusetts•Developed and coordinated midshipmen training bulletins.•Published articles in Mayport Mirror, Mayport, Florida, Navy.com, Military.com , and Navy Compass
