I manage a portfolio of clients ranging in size, issue volume and complexity. A UK based field sales role, selling employee benefits and insurance packages to a number of sectors, including Healthcare, Logistics, Construction, Transport, Financial Services and Manufacturing. - Deliver the employee benefit programme to employees on a vast array of different accounts, - Setting the location, meeting the contacts and management ensuring everyone has a clear communication of how their benefits will be delivered to gain access to all employees. - Plan, organise and prioritise to ensure all shifts are covered and every employee is seen. - Presenting the benefits package and health insurance options available to every employee, ensuring they understand their benefits provided by company and the voluntary schemes they can contribute to, tailor making each and every presentation specific to them as individuals helping them engage with their employee benefit package. - Meeting and exceeding company sales targets whilst maintaining a high level of quality in regard to early cancellation rates, customer feedback and T & C rating. - A strong team player, to lead from the front and be the to go to executive for trainees and newer execs. To provide advice, support, coach and motivate individuals. - Planning yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly business plans to ensure my business targets are met. - Managing and successfully achieving company K.P.I's on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
