My roles will include till work, delivering great customer service, food preparation as well as a barista role. It will also include waiting on customers for food and drink and serving alcohol in the evenings.

I worked on the floor in a customer facing role. This included keeping the store tidy and fresh, helping customers with requests whilst delivering a great level of customer service. I also used the till to serve customers, opened up the shop and cashed up at the end of the day.

My roles in a busy tearoom included food service and preparation, waiting on tables and till work and customer service. I also was trained as a barista, serving hot drinks using a coffee machine.

I worked in the reception of a holiday resort of a popular beach holiday destination. My roles included checking guests in and out of their accommodation, answering the phone and answering queries from customers, showing guests around the apartments, doing the banking and keeping up with admin and paperwork. I also spent time photographing the surroundings of the area to upload to their Instagram and social media accounts.
