Researched and tracked legislation specific to mental health, comprehensive sexual education, and school discipline reform affecting girls across the United States. Revised Girls Inc. policy one-pagers to ensure up-to-date statistics and messaging for internal and external use.Planned and executed a virtual Capitol Hill week for Girls Inc. Teen Advocacy Council (TAC). Researched Congressional Representatives to lobby, scheduled meetings with Representatives and/or their Hill staffers, and led meetings with the TAC and Girls Inc. National staff.Staffed coalitional calls and attended webinars and congressional hearings to support Girls Inc.’s efforts on several issues affecting girls’ lives including gender-based harassment and violence, racial justice, child marriage, and mental health in schools in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.Invited to speak on student panel titled "Gen Z and Public Service."

Conducted in-depth research on influential Black/African American women throughout history.

Collaborator at Power and Place, a nonprofit dedicated to celebrating women in political office. At Power in Place, created a crowdfunding campaign to help raise money for a specific project, The Time Capsule. As part of the campaign, designed donor gifts (tote bag, t-shirt, buttons) and curated targeted social media posts to advertise for the campaign. Created budget for coming fiscal year and helped other teams create their individual budgets.

Intern at Xtra Alpha LLC, an early-stage venture capital firm. Ran statistical analysis using Microsoft Excel and drafted performance reports for 2020 Q1 and Q2 hedge-fund performance.

Planned all events for the 1,400 delegates and 40 staffers at the annual Model UN Conference to be held November 2019. Responsible for organizing the social events and designing the merchandise for UPMUNC Secretariat throughout the year.

Researched the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and revised existing IT policies to ensure compliance with the GDPR. Created procedural documents for senior management and employees at Revelwood. Began implementing policies and procedures through the creation of forms, logs, and training programs. Drafted a comprehensive report on the asset management industry that included a review of the sector, key terms, and an analysis of key performance indicators in advance of Revelwood’s introduction of financial planning and analytics software into the industry. Additional projects included research of NJ Labor Laws to revise employee handbook and creation of an equality and diversity policy for Revelwood.
