Compiled press materials for television programs, managed the Discovery press website and assisted with Science Channel's rebranding.

Wrote social media content including including tweets, Facebook posts and blog pitches for the Science and Military Channels. For my capstone internship project I developed a digital communications plan for Discovery hit show "Man vs. Wild." I also maintained the team's blogger database and researched and analyzed industry social media trends.

Interned on the Gardasil account as part of DDB's summer internship program. Responsibilities included assisting with account management, research and clip tracking. I also trained with other departments including digital services, creative and media buying. For my final project, I presented a report on Gardasil digital brand opportunities and was awarded “Best Intern Presentation.”
