Wonder is on a mission to create positive social impact for underserved communities in the UK and globally. We specialise in participatory research, co-design and evaluation. Co-designing improved services for children who have been victims of Child Criminal Exploitation or Sexual Exploitation. Working across 2 partnerships; with Bristol City Council and East Riding of Yorkshire City Council, involving professional stakeholders, children, young people and families in research and design activities, and delivering both insight reports and service blueprint deliverables for Barnardos and the Local Authorities.

Implementing Home-Start UK & John Lewis Partnership's flagship programme 'Super Charged Communities' supporting 10 x local teams across the UK to create new localised initiatives for young families in their communities, tackling isolation post-COVID. I also conducted discovery research for the creation of a new programme 'Healthy Happy Home' upskilling volunteers on nutrition, sleep and financial wellbeing. My research and co-design with volunteers ensured that the programme was designed in an evidence-based way and involved Volunteers in key design decisions; Healthy Happy Home won Project of the Year at the Business Charity Awards 2023.

Overseeing the development of Girl Effect's global peer-to-peer research capacity building programme. Redesigning all the training materials and providing 'train-the-trainer' training to teams across all global insight teams. Collaborating with the MRS to ensure that the peer researchers (TEGAs) had high quality upskilling and could achieve an MRS certificate to accredit them for their research skills.

As an Associate Director sitting in the Social Practise at 2CV, I delivered insight for clients in the government, charity and international development sectors. Working on varied and complex briefs, my experience spanned behaviour change research, co-design projects, communications development and testing, customer and citizen insight, communications evaluation, and user-centred design.
