Peer mentor for first year students working with them specifically on their transition to college academics, involvement in the Lafayette community, and living away from home. Along with fostering personal mentorship relationships through individual meetings and contact, I also organize group events, and workshops for the entire first year class around topics such as exam preparation and course registration.

Roles included Student Tour Guide and Student Office worker as well as Summer Ambassador in 2016. Responsibilities included: leading campus tours, office work, hosting special events, and serving on student panels.

Built a volunteer organization in rural Northampton County of 244 volunteers who completed a total of 1,456 shifts. Trained and managed volunteer leaders to organize phone banks, voter registration drives, and a canvassing staging location. This organization I built made a total of 32,994 calls, knocked 9,616 doors, and registered 221 voters. Recruited, trained, and managed two fall fellows who worked as deputy organizers, met all assigned goals. Worked as the point of contact for the Out-of-State program, organizing and hosting over two hundred out of state shifts. Organized for and staffed principle and surrogate events, including a Tim Kaine event and an office opening with Howard Dean, attendance at both of which exceed goals.
