In this role I was the support for the entire renewals team at CDW Canada. I was proactively requesting quotes to keep our team ahead on every renewal. I also placed orders in our system to help the team focus on customer communication.

I was the link between CDW Canada and our third party vendor Park Place. During this time I managed creating quotes for our sales team and the customer, ensuring orders were booked correctly, and dealing with any questions that came through. As I managed our Park Place book of business, I made sure everything was done in a timely and organized fashion. I worked closely with both the CDW Canada Sales team and the team at Park Place to ensure all business was done smoothly and seamlessly.
