Provided psychology consultation/liaison services to medical units throughout a large children’s hospital including: oncology, hematology, neonatal intensive care, rehabilitation, neurology, endocrinology, and infectious disease. Provided on-going supportive therapy to hospital patients ages 3 wks to 30 yrs old and their families. Also provided outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, and families with medical conditions, mental and behavioral disorders, and feeding disorders. Completed and assisted with neuropsychological evaluations and preparing reports. Attended multidisciplinary team meetings, coordinated with medical and other support staff, and attended didactic programming on a variety of medical and mental health related issues.

Developed and enacted treatment plans for children and adolescents with a variety of mental health problems and their families. Provided assessments for learning problems and disorders, ADHD,pervasive developmental disorders and other mental health issues in children and adults. Attended weekly team and individual supervision meetings. Provided weekly peer supervision to more junior students.

Shadowed and assisted in follow-up psychosocial evaluations and treatment of children with headache and complex pain disorders. Provided twice-weekly therapy services for elementary school children with Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) including mood and trauma-related disorders. Collaboratively developed and aided in implementing classroom behavior plans with classroom teachers, social workers, and paraprofessionals.
