I completed my practicum placement in counselling psychology with Insight Psychological. This counselling position allowed for the use of various modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Mindfulness. I worked with couples, children/youth, and adults. I also learned valuable skills in the areas of assessments and reports.
