As a skilled dental operations manager, I have a passion for helping people look and feel their best. I graduated from Davis Technical College with a Cosmetology degree in 2013, and then transitioned into the dental field, where I found a real love for healthcare and patient care.For the past 1.5 years, I have been leading a team of dental professionals at Pacific Dental Services, a leading dental support organization that provides business and administrative services to over 800 dental practices across the US. I am responsible for driving the financial and operational success of the practice, ensuring quality care for the patients, and supporting and guiding the providers. I have also been cross-trained in dental assisting to better understand the processes and practices of a successful dental office. I have helped increase the patient retention rate, reduce the overhead costs, and improve the team morale and satisfaction. I believe that happy people are at the heart of success, and I strive to create a positive and supportive work environment for everyone. I also value lifelong learning and continuous improvement, and I seek to implement best practices and streamline processes at an office-wide level. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three adorable babies, watching movies, interior decorating, and anything that involves making things look beautiful. I believe that life and work should be balanced and enjoyed, and I always look for opportunities to grow and challenge myself.
