· Provide training to professionals working with individuals with MED-EL cochlear implants, oversee follow-up and clinical support of professionals and centers in the Northeast region, on-call rotations for the company, attend and assist at professional and patient support meetings and availability for back up assistance as necessary in research and clinical trials.

· Instructed Speech-Language Pathology graduate students on the fundamentals of cochlear implants and clinically applicable skills.

· Provide audiologic evaluations for the adult and pediatric population, including difficult to test populations; evaluate and counsel to assess cochlear implantation candidacy in the adult and pediatric populations; monitor progress in patients post-implantation, including cochlear implant programming and standardized speech discrimination testing; evaluate and troubleshoot hearing aids and FM systems for cochlear implant users. Participate in team meetings with educators, speech pathologists, social workers and surgeons to provide broad based treatment at the center.
