I am mother to Jaime and June. I am also a Harvard MBA w Honors and 13 years ofinvestment banking and finance experience across consumer M&A, equity research, and investor relations. I've held 1,000+ investor meetings. Yet, there was nothing more transformative for me than becoming a parent and a mother. In 2011, I looked around my workplace and didn't see many women and mothers in leadership. I didn't have the role models and mentorship I needed. After going through a myriad of health challenges in pregnancy, an emergency C-section, and undiagnosed postpartum depression, I decided that my life's mission would be about helping women and all parents have what I didn't.
