The Geophysics and Active Tectonics Research Group-Assisted with investigations in the East African Rift and Northwest Louisiana.-Furthered research by picking earthquake data, creating relevant maps and charts using GMT and GIS.-Presented research on source mechanisms of earthquakes in Northwest Louisiana at the American Geophysical Union's annual meeting (2021).-Contributed to field work in Rwanda by installing and servicing seismic stations (2022).-Introduced Kivu Rift Project with a poster at the American Geophysical Union's annual meeting (2022).

The High Temperature and Pressure Laboratory-Mixed chemical powders, load them in capsules, expose them to high pressures, and temperatures, and observe the capsule analysis.-Trained in using a lathe to machine graphite into capsules, a low speed wavering saw to cut ceramic, a piston cylinder to create high pressure and temperature, and resin and polishing tables to prepare the sample for analysis.

-Summers between 2016 and 2020-Monitored behaviors for safety violations and took steps to prevent further violations.-Maintained strong proficiency in CPR, First Aid and rescue techniques to provide optimal support to individuals in distress.-Kept watch over swimmers to respond quickly to distress situations.-Updated logs detailing weather conditions, treatments provided and incident information to keep management informed of activities.-Cleaned pool, bathrooms, and pool deck regularly.
