I am a self-motivated individual who is dependable with a strong work ethic. Through my experiences at work and volunteering events, I have built a wide range of skills and strengths, along with business and personal relationships. I find staying in touch with other employees within a business important as it results in a more friendly work environment and builds personal growth. I value the importance of growth and am looking to be involved with a community that expands my knowledge through the opportunities offered. Working with kids and adults has enabled me to learn the different approaches of problem solving, along with the different techniques of communication. I have discovered that younger people use technology on a day-to-day basis while the older generation prefers to be more personal with face-to-face conversations.
