I am first line for student discipline and behavior challenges. I use a Restorative Justice approach to all behavior issues. In charge of building level MTSS. I am responsible for coordinating universal screeners and running 3 MTSS meetings a year. I am also in charge of scheduling running all RtI & ETR meetings. I am also tasked with monitoring all progress monitoring and Reading Intervention & Monitoring Plans. I am also our building test coordinator for Ohio State Test, universal screeners, & gifted screening.

Currently a Title 1 Reading Interventionist. I have implemented LLI & Rewards programs. I also conduct Tier 2 & 3 interventions targeted at students’ phonics & reading levels. I am knowledgeable in creating & maintaining Reading Improvement & Monitoring Plans.I taught first and third grade. I taught a variety of students, LD, CD, ED, & ESL in a full inclusion classroom setting. I have my reading endorsement and extensive training in math and science.I have been trained in Quality Tools in the classroom. In technology, I have used Moby Max, Academy of Reading and Math, MAP, SMARTboard, and android tablets.
