-Worked with the Customer Experience team to create a website aimed at helping internal users adopt Sovos Help, a customer facing help feature, into their products.-Interviewed 6+ internal team members including UX designers and product managers, in order to understand the needs of internal users who are adopting this help tool.-Contributed to Sovos’ design system by creating labeled mock-ups of design elements in Figma and by writing articles outlining the contexts in which certain design elements are to be used.

- Runs experiments with participants of all age groups over Zoom for NSF-funded studies exploring the role of prior knowledge in memory and aging.- Modifies traditionally in-lab experimental procedures and protocols in order to engage with participants in a covid friendly manner using Zoom and Qualtrics.- Recruits older adult participants from local community centers and creates PowerPoint presentations on memory and aging topics to present to older adults in the local community.
