Pre-construction duties included walk-throughs, estimating and value engineering, vendor research and communication. Procurement duties included placing requests for proposals, quotes and invoices, leveling bids, preparing bid-packages and material procurement. Project management duties included building permit and inspection coordination, correspondence with clients and architects, tracking vendor and project finance performance, understanding of EPA RRP laws and regulations, reviewing and preparing AIA contract, payment application and change order documents.
