I am the Managing Partner of Paliare Roland and a practicing litigator. My practice focuses on professional regulation, pension litigation, employment and labour law, constitutional litigation, civil disputes, and privacy matters. I am recognized as an expert in administrative law, as counsel appearing before numerous administrative law tribunals, the co-author of a book on administrative law practice, a sought-after presenter on the topic, and adjunct faculty in administrative law at Osgoode Hall Law School. As Managing Partner, I chair the firm's Executive Committee and am deeply involved in all aspects of the firm's operations.I am committed to engagement outside our firm, as an active mentor and contributor within the legal community, including acting as a chair of the Mid-Career Standing Committee of The Advocates’ Society in 2021-2022.
