Having officially joined my family business I have the opportunity to:• Serve as the contemporary vision within the buying department• Manage our social media presence to increase company awareness• Assist in event preparation for trunk-shows, fashion shows and charity events• Support the sales team providing personalized attention to the customer • Oversee shipping and deliveries and work alongside the bookkeeping department

• Design, implement and manage strategic partnerships and brand offers for the world’s largest collection of luxury hotels including such partners as American Express, Barney’s New York, MasterCard and NetJets • Work with top travel media partners such as AFAR, Condé Nast Traveler, PBS and Travel+Leisure • Execute and manage tactical marketing promotions across different regions • Develop, organize and curate special events• Assist the social media presence from the brand marketing perspective, particularly on Instagram utilizing influencers

• Managed quality initiatives for 430 hotels: implemented the quality improvement plan, oversaw incognito hotel inspections and guest satisfaction surveys• Acted as the company liaison between vendors Smith Travel Research Global, Leading Quality Assurance and Medallia • Supported the company development strategy, planning and execution of bringing in new member hotels to the portfolio• Researched and analyzed new leads and pitched membership opportunities to prospective hotels • Engaged and ensured all potential hotel applications were managed professionally and in a timely manner• Developed new member hotel best practice guide for worldwide distribution • Selected representative on company Quality Committee• Launched Social Media feedback tool for member hotels

Began my professional career at Leading Hotels shortly after college within the Membership department as Coordinator. Was promoted to Senior Coordinator and then Associate Manager within a 2 year time frame. Responsibilities listed above.
