Produced 7 annual commercial real estate conferences as part of the RealShare Conference series.

Coordinated the planning and execution of approximately 12 annual events and conferences for federal judges and attorneys, including site selection, budgeting, attendee registration, menu coordination and onsite execution. Events ranged in size from 50-1,500 people and from hour-long meetings to week-long destination conferences. • Managed a staff of 3 Special Events Assistants on a daily basis as well as onsite for events.• Coordinated directly with Destination Management Companies to arrange travel, entertainment plans and amenities for conference attendees.• Worked with staff at venues prior to events as well as onsite, including Conference Service Managers, Audio Visual Technicians, Banquet Managers, Sales Managers and Security.• Created, reviewed and monitored budgets and contracts for all events.• Marketed upcoming programs and events.
