For the past six years I delved into the world of modern AV solutions with a background of show-craft and on site technical work. The experience I bring from the field ranges dynamically from large scale entertainment venue's to the world of corporate AV. I pride myself in my ability for help tailer on the spot quick and easy solutions to any audio visual technical specifications and in my ability to work on the fly and manage multimedia events. Over the course of the global pandemic the world of AV and streaming events went through a revolution and the start of a hybrid working from home meant that all live events and meeting had to cater to both in person and at home guest and clients. This has dramatically shifted the industry and has paved the way for new and exciting innovations from an AV and events perceptive. This has meant that as a supporting engineer I had to adapt to being flexible and working in a new environment. This challenge has helped my expand my skill sets and evolve to working in a post pandemic world. Out side of my corporate AV work I also worked in the independent film industry. This has helped give me a large range of skills in team management and project organisation. These are all skills that I have been able gain from my out of office projects that have helped me to transition to in my roll as team lead and has helped give me a understanding and pervious experience to the art of managing and collaborating with a fun energetic team.
