• Developed materials to help USCA member states to achieve their emissions-reductions goals consistent with the U.N. Paris Agreement, including frameworks and sharing state activities amongst member states

• Administrative duties: Managed the Executive Director's calendar, processed LOIs and reimbursements for supported travel, developed stakeholder surveys and analyzed results
• Other activities include: Developed a report summarizing the updates and needs distilled from the semi-annual meeting of member states; evaluated grant proposals; created profiles of past and potential donors.

I helped to create a database of current soil-health initiatives across the U.S. including non-profit, government, private-sector, and legislative efforts. Montpelier, Vermont

• Conducted policy research to inform Rural Vermont’s stance on Vermont’s Hemp Pilot Program
• Created an online survey for hemp producers in order to inform the organization’s stance for the rulemaking process; lead the outreach effort to find survey participants and those willing to testify during the process
• Attended food and farming conferences in order to educate visitors about Rural Vermont’s mission and current work
• Used Salesforce to add new contacts to the database and access other information

• Coordinated the Vermont Environmental Stewardship Program (VESP), a pilot program focused on acknowledging farms that engaged in exemplary environmental practices
• Did outreach and coordination for the eleven enrolled farms and contracted inspectors from the Vermont Association of Conservation Districts
• Wrote a press release for the VESP for the Agency of Agriculture’s publication, Agri-View
• Helped conduct on-farm inspections for Vermont’s Required Agricultural Practices
• Compiled research for Best Management Plan efficiencies to inform future regulatory updates
