I am able to adapt quickly to what is needed and/or required of me in order to support where they are on an academic, developmental, and emotional level. I respect and help fill the gap of cultural differences as these sweet students are going through such a big change and adjustment to their life as they not only learn a new language but also try to integrate into a new culture and way of doing things. I created and conducted customer service training for the employees on a monthly basis. I quickly and happily helped customers who came into the store. I oversaw the organization methods for the back-stock of products and created different ways to maintain a clean space. On a daily basis, I would inventory the clothing and make orders for future shipments. I managed employees during the shift to ensure that we had high productivity, high involvement, and high sales.
