In my position at LifeFul I have taken on a dual role as a HR Officer and as an NDIS Support Coordinator. As an NDIS Support Coordinator, I am responsible for a caseload of NDIS participants and I am responsible for coordinating their supports, supporting and commencing engagement with allied health professionals, supported living arrangements, an increase my clients independence and capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks and to live more independently in and around the community. In my role as HR Officer I am responsible for conducting the advertising for positions within the organisation, for filtering through applications, interviewing, hiring and initiating the onboarding process. I am also responsible for completing the creation, and submission of policy's and procedures, reviewing these on a regular basis. I am responsible for implementing and updating the Learning Management System for our organisations employees, for overseeing workplace health and safety among many other tasks.

In my position as a customer care consultant I handled a high volume of incoming calls at an inbound contact centre. I was fortunate to work with clients in the St Geroge, Bank of Melbourne and Bank SA divisions in an array of banking areas. Ensuring professionalism and confidentiality when discussing sensitive information it of the utmost priority working within the financial sector. I achieved my accreditation for Personal Advice (PA) whilst in this role.

I managed a 6 person team within the Bendigo Lorna Jane Store. In this role I coached, and provided regular feedback/performance sessions to these team members regarding target KPI’s and their achieved results. I participated in the instruction and completion of Visual Merchandising of the store on a weekly basis to ensure the correct rotation of garments is achieved and that the store appearance is maintained at a high standard.
