Responsibilities include:- Managing relations with our network of over 350+ trainers across the UK- Supporting trainers through their course from registration to completion- Populating and maintaining our online LMS, using feedback to improve user journeys and experience- Arranging the logistics of scheduling training sessions, including invoicing - Creating marketing copy for social media posts and emails to promote our training opportunities to the Higher Education sector- Feeding into the development of new training courses

Leading a student report on wellbeing and mental health to aid with the University of Bristol's application to Student Mind's University Mental Health Charter Award. This scheme is designed to acknowledge areas of good practice and those in need of improvement, with the aim of fostering a whole university approach to wellbeing that can be built on in the long-term.

In my final year of university, I carried out a placement with the Royal Holloway Volunteering Service as part of my Politics in Action Module. This involved conducting a student report on the impact of volunteering on student wellbeing and assisting with promotional events and forums run by the volunteering team.Role and responsibilities:- Engaging students within the School of Humanities in volunteering initiatives- Organising events to promote volunteering to students- Coordinating the volunteering blog- Carrying out a peice of original research on the engagement of students with mental health difficulties in volunteering and the impact of voluntary work on student wellbeing

Role and responsibilities:- Meeting strict turnaround times for transcription projects and maintaining a 100% on time submission rate, demonstrating my ability to be organised and manage my time effectively to complete tasks independently- Listening to specific client instructions in order to ensure projects were completed to meet the brief and maintain the high standard of the company’s transcriptions- Learning the basics of transcription and developing my skills to achieve above average formatting and accuracy scores- Developing my written communication and research skills through searching for the spellings of proper nouns and technical terminology relating to medical and legal audio files
