At the National Trust, my role as an Assistant Ranger allows me to utilise my specialised skills in, but not limited to: surveying, habitat creation and chainsaw operations to manage and protect natural habitats whilst looking at new ways to create vital habitats. With over five years of experience, including an apprenticeship at Peak District National Park, I've honed my expertise in countryside management. My dedication to conservation is underscored by the prestigious John Muir Conserver award. I'm certified with a vast array of NPTC and LANTRA tickets along with internal courses which strengthen my ability to utilise management techniques effectively. Our team's efforts ensure the preservation and appreciation of our precious natural environments for future generations. I am always looking to strengthen my knowledge and learn new skills and techniques.
