RegroupTAX is a cloud-based tax workpaper tool with trial balance functionality that minimizes data entry and provides consistent workpapers for business tax returns (S-corps, C-corps, Partnerships).My Role: Lead product development, including app design, feature updates, planning and app launch Build and manage client relationships, foreseeing client needs, focusing on client experience and fielding client feedback Create and foster our online community of users via social media and video conferencing Develop and launch marketing campaigns to aid in client acquisition, retention, and growth Implement and execute client acquisition and onboarding procedures, as well as oversee client contract renewals with an 85% retention rate Create product training materials, landing pages, ad copy, video tutorials and guides
